Privacy and cookies.

When you contact us, apply for membership or ask about partnership, we collect the details you send us: your name, email address, company or role, how you found us and your message. We use them only to reply and to consider your application.

With your permission we use Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads. These set cookies and share information about your visit, such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and how you arrived, with Google, who act as our measurement and advertising provider.

We enable them for two purposes: measurement, so we can see which pages and events attract interest; and advertising optimisation, so we can see which of our Google Ads campaigns lead to event registrations. We do not sell your data and we do not upload customer lists to advertising platforms.

In the UK, EU/EEA and Switzerland these cookies stay switched off until you accept them in our cookie banner. Declining is as easy as accepting, and nothing else on the site changes.

You can change your mind at any time using the cookie settings link, which is also in our footer. Your updated choice applies immediately. You can also clear cookies in your browser or use its tracking controls.

Public event tickets are sold through Eventbrite. When you follow a ticket link, Eventbrite handles your booking and payment details under their own privacy terms.
